  2. “Does CRTC policy inhibit investment?<\/a>” [October 20]<\/li>\n
  3. “Fair, predictable, and transparent<\/a>” [March 4]<\/li>\n
  4. “Competition in telecom: net neutrality and innovation<\/a>” [March 27]<\/li>\n
  5. “Is Mobile TV broadcasting or telecom?<\/a>” [February 21]<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    I have to add an honourable mention for “Changing the name of the game<\/a>“, the piece I wrote December 16, just a couple of hours after the Shaw – WIND Mobile transaction was announced. It quickly rose to be one of the top viewed posts of the year, despite only being available for the last two weeks of the year.<\/p>\n
