Howe Institute.<\/p>\n<p>As reported by <a href=\"http:\/\/j.mp\/2tmPhmt\" target=\"_blank\">IT World Canada<\/a>, Jack Mintz asks at one point, &#8220;The telecom sector gets taxed 22 per cent in most cases, which is the third highest for any sector in Canada.
